nmpk gmbar di atas? jadi sudah jelas yg aq ni kurus bangat.. and perlu jadi yg sebelah kanan.. so plan cuti ni kena bnyk makan tuk gemukkan diri.. berat aq sekarang 55kg, jadi harap boleh naikkan ke 60kg sebelum bulan januari nanti.. ada tips tak nk gemukan badan? ada member ckp aq kena

3rd byk minum air masak banyak..

2nd mkn telur ayam mentah 1 or 2 biji sehari terbaek sklai aym kg..tp agk ssh nk cari skrg kn..
3rd excersice angkat dumbell ke,wat push up ke..nk abs wat r sit up or chin up 2..
4th pling penting skali displin dri..klo xde dsiplin bnde nie sume x consisten so jwpn nye x jdi r haha..

if you consume protein or malt that usually being consume for people with consistent routine to the gym, u cant' stop that. once u stop, u gonna gain weight too much and its hard to lose that.
